Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges only if the delivered product is damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
All requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery time, as recorded by the courier tracking system. Requests raised outside of this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
If your Refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days
If your Exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days
